TD Newcrest downgrades Research In Motion Ltd. (NASDAQ: RIMM) from Buy to Hold, but raises their price target to $130 following strong price appreciations.

Commenting on Research In Motion the firm said the stock has pushed beyond their comfort zone. The firm said, "The decision to downgrade the stock to a HOLD (previously Action List BUY) stems from the tremendous upside that we've seen, in particular on the back of a distribution deal in China that we feel gave the stock a bigger boost than it deserves."

Goldman Sachs downgrades Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) from Buy to Neutral.

Deutsche Bank downgrades Broadcom (NASDAQ: BRCM) from Buy to Hold and lowers their price target from $47 to $40. The firm said, "While we remain confident in BRCM’s long-term prospects and its ability to outgrow its peers, the persistence of the company’s current investment stage for future growth is impacting margins and EPS severely enough to make the current valuation difficult to justify."
