Magal Security (MAGS) Appoints New CFO

Magal Security Systems, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MAGS) today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Mrs. Lian Goldstein as the Company's new CFO. Mrs. Goldstein is assuming the CFO position from Mrs. Raya Asher who has notified Magal of her desire to leave the Company after 10 years of service in order to pursue personal interests.

Magal Security Systems, Ltd. engages in the development, manufacture, marketing, and sale of computerized security systems to detect and deter human intrusion for both civilian and military markets.
